Before 2010, TL cooperated with HUST to promote the Coal fired hot blast furnace with high temperature flue gas (fluidized bed hot blast furnace) invented by it in the related processes of various industries, and continued to be large-scale to meet the process requirements of users. With the continuous development of industry, the blast furnace heating capacity higher needed, stricter environmental indicators needed, about conventional "burning solid fuel heating flue gas" hot blast furnace, we use the fluidized bed gasification or half gasification, graded combustion, gas-solid separation technology combination, make products with high combustion strength, small size, less power consumption, less nitrogen oxide pollutants in hot flue gas, simple installation, etc.
In 2016, the hot blast furnace developed by TL for the flash (fluidized) magnetization roasting project of refractory weak magnetic iron ore was successfully put into operation, as shown in the figure
Flash (fluidized) magnetization roasting " complete set project adopts our reducing atmosphere flue gas furnace (developed in cooperation with Changsha Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and HUST). After the project was completed and put into operation, it successfully passed the achievement appraisal organized by China Iron and Steel Association. The successful application of this technology and equipment has opened up a new way for the development and utilization of difficult iron ore in China.
The sludge fluidized bed hot blast furnace jointly developed by TL and HUST is used in the sludge drying and incineration treatment production line of Tianjin Better Life Company.
According to the process requirements proposed by Tianjin Cement Research and Design Institute, the all-steel structure fuel oil and gas hot blast furnace developed by TL jointly with WHUT has been vigorously promoted and applied in the cement industry. The picture shows the design calculation screenshot of Nigerian cement raw material grinding hot blast furnace; developed all-steel structure gas low-nitrogen hot blast furnace. The furnace makes full use of the system conditions, cancels the combustion fan with the negative pressure of the system, and uses the waste gas cycle to participate in the combustion tissue to achieve low nitrogen combustion.
In 2019, the super large pulverized coal combustion hot air furnace (heating capacity: 65 X106 kcal / h) jointly developed by TL and WHUT was put into operation for phosphogypsum drying project in the Ordos.
